Current version of Ecommerce allows resellers to activate, suspend and cancel services manually if it is necessary.

Space Services

In order to find a complete list of services expand "Ecommerce Admin" menu and click "Space Services" link. See sample screenshot below:

As you can see this list displays customers services with a set of columns that can get you a quick description about service status, it's type, customer's username and it's unique id. Here is the explanation of the columns for the invoices list:

Service # - this number is uniqie for each service.

Name - name of a service.

Type - type of a service.

Status - current service status.

User - customer's username.

Activating Service

Ecommerce has a set of service management features. Let's consider one of them - manual service activation. You can find this feature handy in case if you need to activate customer's service immediately or you don't wisht until Surface Monitor will this service process. In order to activate service manually, expand "Ecommerce Admin" menu and click "Space Services" menu item. You'll be redirected to the screen shown below:

Click on the corresponding service number hyperlink then you'll be redirected to the screen shown below:

Scroll to the page bottom and click "Activate Service" button in order to activate service immediately.

Suspending/Canceling Service

You can find this feature handy in case if you need to suspend or cancel customer's service immediately due to the some reasons. In order to suspend or cancel service manually, expand "Ecommerce Admin" menu and click "Space Services" menu item. You'll be redirected to the screen shown below:

Click on the corresponding service number hyperlink then you'll be redirected to the screen shown below:

Click on the "Suspend Service" or "Cancel Service" button in order to suspend or cancel customer's service immediately.

Add Service Add-On

Please note that this feature enabled for the customers only. Reseller is unable to extend customer's service with add-ons.

Service Life-Cycle

This list displays service life-cycle records such as start date and end date.

Service Notes

Sometimes it is necessary to add some notes or memos for services. In order to add notes to the service enter text for note or memo and then click "Add Notes". In case if you need to remove note click on the red button.
