Overview 

DotNetPanel Configuration Studio is powerful application for managing DotNetPanel components. This application allows you to install/uninstall/upgrade DotNetPanel components and configure component settings for DotNetPanel version 2 and higher.

The application does not contain installation files itself, but downloads them from DotNetPanel Web Site during the installation. Once downloaded, installation files are placed in the local folder and do not require additional downloading.

Configuration Studio should be installed on each server where you plan to install DotNetPanel components.

The latest version of the DotNetPanel Configuration Studio can be downloaded from the following URL:

Running DotNetPanel Configuration Studio on Windows Server 2008

If you are running DotNetPanel Configuration Studio on Windows Server 2008 and User Account Control is on, you should run the application under Administrator account (right-click in the explorer and then "Run as Administrator") as shown below.

Importing settings from version 1.5.X

During first run, Configuration Studio will import all existing settings from already installed DotNetPanel 1.5.X components.

Installing DotNetPanel components

In the left pane, choose Components. In the components pane, click the Load Available Components button to get a list of all available components. In the list of components, choose the component you want to install and click the Install link.

Please note that already installed components will not be displayed in the list of availble components.
